BK PHOTO ESSAYS

BK Commercial Photography: some of my Photo Essays

I’ve been a photographer for over 20 years, and while it’s a career I love, it can also feel like a curse – in the best possible way. Many people finish work, switch off, and move on with their day, but photography doesn’t quite work like that.

Being a photographer means always seeing the world creatively. It’s about noticing light, moments, places, and details—then capturing them through the lens and bringing them to life on screen. Even when I’m not working for clients, I’m rarely without my camera. I find myself wandering, observing, and documenting life as it unfolds.

I photograph the everyday and the unusual, people and places, moments that might otherwise go unnoticed. It’s not something I can turn off, and I wouldn’t want to. Photography is more than my profession; it’s how I see the world.

What follows are a series of photo essays from my personal work. I hope you enjoy viewing the images as much as I enjoyed creating them.
