I am often asked how I edit my photos that are posted on my social media sites. More recently with the rise of people using their phones to capture their images, there is a need to understand this new way of making images. After my first video which showcased images that were shot and edited using my phone (see HERE), I received a lot of interest in what I do in my post processing to achieve my look. I thought it would be a lot easier to make a make a photo editing tutorial video than to answer all the questions and comments individually.
In this new video, I will show you how to bring out the best of your photographs using phone apps. Starting off with how to brighten underexposed photos in Snapseed to which filters I like to use in VSCOcam. As I am an Android user you may be disappointed if you own an iPhone but you will find both platforms are very similar. Hope you have fun going through any images that you think may be enhanced by the methods shown in this tutorial. If you have any questions please leave a comment below the video on YouTube or send me an email in the contact section on my website. I’ll do my best to answer. Have fun!
